Excavators Sales Manager – Leicester

My client are a market leading supplier of high end excavating equipment with operations internationally and a broad client base.
As a well established market leader they are renound for providing excellent products with equally excellent service.

Due to retirement we are looking to fill a position of sales manager within our offices in Leicester.

The candidate will be responsible for the sale of high end excavating equipment into the construction industry throughout the UK and overseas. The position would suit a candidate based locally to Leicester or willing to relocate as the role is predominantly office based but also involves a lot of international travel

The candidate must

Be well versed in the construction industry
Have an n above average sales background showing successful progression
Have excellent sales skills and be a confident self starter
Hold a relevant industry qualification
Have a background selling high end capital equipment into construction
Be based locally to Leicester or willing to relocate

Package

The salary is negotiable but you can expect anywhere between £30-50K as a basic salary dependant on your experience, in addition to this you can also expect between £10-20K bonus on top of this dependant on your first years success – these are realistic figures.
