Intake QA / Quality Auditor

1 vacancy for an Intake Quality Assurance Technologists who has experience of working with high care food products has arisen due to company investment and expansion. My client is looking for self motivated individuals to add value to this already successful team.

The main responsibilities of this position is to ensure that raw material products are within the specification, you will also be responsible for dealing with suppliers regarding product rejections. The QA Auditor must be able to demonstrate competency by conducting a variety of food quality and safety checks.

Successful candidates must have the capabilities and confidence to communicate, both verbally and written, with colleagues at all levels and show a keen eye for detail.

Applicants must have previous experience and be familiar with HACCP and BRC Standards, an Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate and a HND within a food related subject would be advantageous however training will be given. Candidates must have their own transport and be flexible in working overtime where appropriate.
