An experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker is required for a large prestigious multinational company in Loughborough. Having previously worked with plastics, you will be working as an Injection Mould Toolmaker where you must be skilled on a variety of machines and be familiar with engineering processes such as Milling, Drilling, Grinding, Fitting & Polishing. Knowledge of programming CNC machinates is essential working with Herco, Fanuc OM and Fedel NC control systems. A working knowledge of NC spark erosion EDM machines is essential. You will be able to check the quality of your own machined parts using a CMM machine, to ensure company standards are maintained. The Ideal candidate will hold either a City & Guilds mechanical engineering qualification or HNC, and a City & Guilds in CNC Programming parts 1&2.
Standard Hours are 40 per week, with overtime after at time and a half. The company offers a pension and free car parking on site.
